Vicente Küster Santa-Cruz Un problema con una linde me trae hoy al juzgado. Dice el abogado que el caso está bastante claro, que no tengo de qué preocuparme. Eso espero, porque sus honorarios no son precisamente discretos. Mientras aguardamos a que nos llamen para entrar, dirijo la vista a la calle en busca de un punto en que distraer la mente. Mañana pasaré el día con la familia en la playa, retozaré en la arena como un niño para luego darme mi primer chapuzón estival. Si el fallo es favorable -insiste el letrado tras devolverme a la realidad- se acabaron las visitas al registro y al catastro. Desde que hace años solicitamos la licencia de construcción llevo esperando este momento, cada día. Porque… ¿conservas la copia de la licencia, verdad? -pregunta. En medio del calor sofocante, un escalofrío recorre mi espalda de arriba abajo. Mi abogado observa. Sonrío. Tendré que investigar.

Another welcome update is the new TPU rubber strap. I never liked the rubber straps that come on many of Unimatic’s previous releases – too plastic-y, inflexible, and downright link uncomfortable. The new rubber strap fixes all of that, and Unimatic’s also thrown in an additional calfskin leather strap if you want to dress up the Modello Cinque a bit.
These are big watches at 44mm x 14.4mm, but the chunky link aesthetic works and is frankly part of the package that a Royal Oak Offshore customer is buying into. After all, the first Royal Oak Offshore was a large-for-its time 42mm and helped to set the tone for the oversized watch trend that would come to define the latter part of the 1990s and the Aughts. It was also designed from the get-go to be a robust, oversized chronograph.
