El golpe en la cadera le molestaba, la herida en la pierna le torturaba de vez en cuando, pero lo que le mortificaba era que pese a su esfuerzo no pudo salvar a su abuela. La angustia le había sobrepasado, el bochorno le hundía en la melancolía.
Cuando vio acercarse al coche corrió hacia el paso de cebra con la intención de arrastrarla fuera del peligro. No pudo llegar a tiempo, la distancia que los separaba fue insalvable. Tan solo unos escasos metros que decidieron entre la vida y la muerte, el código de un dolor que tendría que sumergir entre sus recuerdos.
De poco servía que los abogados litigaran por ellos, que los jueces decidieran a su favor, tuvo que presidir las interminables jornadas de un tortuoso juicio.
¿Para qué? ¿Quién le iba a reparar la ausencia de sus besos? ¿Dónde van los te quiero cuando nadie los escucha?
