Soy abogado y poseo un pequeño restaurante donde doy rienda suelta a mi otra gran pasión: la cocina. Entre fogones es imprescindible experimentar, mezclar texturas y jugar con los sabores. Sin embargo, hace unas semanas me acusaron de perpetrar atentados culinarios. Se celebró un juicio rápido. Tuve un careo con un antiguo comensal. Al parecer, mi paella de fuagrás y mi cocido madrileño con lacasitos constituían sendos crímenes contra el paladar. El tribunal dictó sentencia. El veredicto: quitaron mi establecimiento de la guía gastronómica y me condenaron a 1.500 horas de clases prácticas con un cocinero de prestigio. Sonreí al reparar en el fiscal. Era un asiduo a mi restaurante. La venganza es un plato que se sirve frío.

Seguro que el fiscal no llega ni a pinche. Y tiene el estómago delicado. Y no admite ninguna creatividad, ni jurídica ni culinaria.
