Ernesto Ortega garrido Poco a poco, de forma sutil, me han ido dando los casos que estaban perdidos, me han quitado clientes, me han reducido el bonus anual, me han retirado el portátil y hasta la plaza de parking. Y todo por solicitar una reducción de jornada para conciliar la vida familiar y laboral. Yo solo quería poder cuidar de mi hija, recogerla a la salida del cole, prepararle la merienda, ayudarla con los deberes, contarle un cuento antes de irse a la cama. Como todos somos iguales ante la ley, tuvieron que concedérmela, aunque una barrera invisible se ha interpuesto en mi carrera y he perdido cualquier oportunidad de desarrollo profesional. Les he demandado por discriminación de género. Hoy ha salido la sentencia. Con la indemnización voy a montar mi propio bufete. Sin duda, puedo ser un buen padre, sin dejar de ser un excelente abogado.
